Uzbekistan was represented at the competition by the IT Park team consisting of: Sukhrob Haidarov, a WorldSkills expert; Muhammad Matchonov, a designer who took part in the FIRST Global Challenge international championship in Switzerland; Azizbek Rakhimzhonov, a programmer who participated in the WorldSkills Uzbekistan National Championship in 2023.
All team members are mentors in mobile robotics at the Tashkent branch of IT Park.
The IT Park team participated in the Autonomous Mobile Robotics competence, where they competed with rivals from 23 countries. According to the results of the competition, the team entered the top 5 best teams of the championship, and the team's expert Sukhrob Haidarov won the gold medal "Best Expert" in the competence of "Autonomous Mobile Robotics".

The IT Park team demonstrated outstanding results at WorldSkills Asia Abu Dhabi 2023, rising to the top of competitive success.
WorldSkills is a competition for professional excellence in various skills, which is held every two years. Uzbekistan joined the WorldSkills International Association in 2020 and became its 83rd member.
Recall that on September 20, the WorldSkills Uzbekistan Association held the second national mobile robotics championship using WorldSkills standards. The championship was held at a special training ground of the Korean International Cooperation Agency KOICA. Following the results of the competition, the IT Park team became the winner and got the opportunity to represent Uzbekistan at the WorldSkills Asia Abu Dhabi Competition 2023.
