An exposition of individual manuscripts of the XI-XVI centuries relating to the history of Uzbekistan was organized for diplomats, including copies of Firdousi's "Shahnome" made for the Timurid Prince Muhammad Juki, "Tarihi Sind", "Shahid Qudsi. Manokibi Murtaza", "Tarikhi Bukhoro", "Tadhkirat al-Salatini Chagatai" about the history of Amir Temur, Temurids and Baburids, divan Alisher Navoi "Kullieti Mir Alisher Navoi" and others.
As promising areas of cooperation, the British side noted the granting of admission to Uzbek experts to the society's manuscript collections for scientific research, the digitization of manuscripts of interest to research centers in Uzbekistan, online seminars and other joint work, the Dune news agency reports.
It should be noted that the Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain and Ireland, founded in 1823, is one of the authoritative British cultural organizations that conducts research and international events in the field of science, literature and art dedicated to Asian countries. The society consists of 13 Asian societies of foreign countries.
