The qualifications of Uzbek medical workers are recognized in Germany

    Representatives of the Embassy of our country in Germany took part in the forum "Qualified personnel for the healthcare industry: focus on Central Asia" held at the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce.

    Welcoming the participants of the event, the head of the working group of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry "Eastern Europe" Mirko Novak drew attention to the growing number of people willing to invest or open a business in Uzbekistan. In this context, the forum is of great importance both for Germany and for the countries of Central Asia, the Dunyo news agency reports.

    Thomas Flotov, a representative of CCH - Care Consultants Hamburg, Torsten Mayer, Director of Alfa Personnel Care Agency, and others made presentations at the forum on the integration of qualified personnel from abroad. German experts recognized that the qualifications of Uzbek medical workers are highly appreciated in Germany, and in addition to professional knowledge, they speak German well, successfully pass various test programs. It was noted that dozens of experienced medical workers from Uzbekistan work in Germany today.

    In addition, the Ambassadors of Uzbekistan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan spoke about the possibilities of attracting qualified industry personnel to Germany.

    Ambassador of Uzbekistan Dilshod Akhatov, speaking to the audience, spoke about the positive changes related to external labor migration in our country in recent years, as well as about the opportunities that are being created for our citizens who want to work abroad. He also noted that, thanks to consistent reforms, the issues of training medical personnel to work in Germany have also been taken under special attention and control of the state.

    The forum, moderated by Anna Maria Heidenreich, Managing Director of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce and Industry, was full of lively discussions. The parties exchanged detailed information on issues related to the industry.
