On the eve of Uzbekistan's Independence Day, a photo exhibition "Tashkent Shines" was opened in Minsk

    The grand opening of the photo exhibition of the Belarusian photographer Alexander Chentsov "Tashkent Shines" took place at the National Library of Belarus. The event is timed to celebrate the Independence Day of Uzbekistan and is also aimed at popularizing the tourist potential of our capital.

    His guests were representatives of the diplomatic corps of foreign countries, photographers, art historians, representatives of the media and the public, the news agency "Dunyo" reports.

    The exhibition introduces visitors to the rich cultural and historical heritage of Tashkent and other cities of the country.

    Representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Belarus, who spoke at the opening ceremony of the exhibition, stressed the importance of strengthening cultural ties between the two countries, expressing confidence that such events will contribute to the development of bilateral relations, mutual understanding and friendship.

    The exhibition features more than 30 photographs, and it will last until mid-November of this year.
