On June 11, at the initiative of the above-mentioned organizations, the "Health Train" went to the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
The purpose of this action is to conduct a medical examination of residents of remote areas of the Aral Sea region, where there are no airlines and conditions for the movement of cars, providing them with the necessary medicines and medical supplies.
More than 5 tons of medicines and medical supplies worth 1.5 billion soums were loaded into the "Health Train", including vitamins for prevention, trace elements, cardiological, endocrinological preparations, as well as personal hygiene products.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Health, more than 200 qualified specialists of republican specialized medical centers who went to the regions on these trains will conduct an in-depth medical examination of the population.
