You need to fill out the corresponding document by hand or on a computer in Russian. Then submit it to the territorial body of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. You must also attach a copy of the employment contract or work agreement. Or the notification can provide information about a civil contract for the performance of work, if it is concluded orally. After this, the document is transferred to the territorial department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in printed form in person or by mail or in electronic format through the public services portal. The order comes into force on January 7, 2024.
