According to the information service of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education, according to the document, from January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2026, the following decreasing coefficients are established relative to the amount of parental payment for providing children in state preschool educational organizations based on the categories of districts:

• in the districts of the 5th category - 50 percent;
• in the districts of the 4th category - 50 percent;
• in the areas of the 3rd category - 30 percent (except urban settlements).
