Ensuring a constant, effective and open dialogue between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and society, studying public opinion and putting it into practice is one of the most important tasks. The members of the Public Council will be reliable partners in this process.

The Council includes experienced experts with extensive experience in various fields, statesmen, scientists, heads of leading media, non-governmental institutions and think tanks of the republic.

During the meeting, the participants were informed in detail about the activities of the republic's foreign ministry over the past period, as well as the main tasks for the coming year.

It was emphasized that today, under the leadership of the Head of State, Uzbekistan is pursuing an open, pragmatic and active foreign policy, and is increasingly strengthening its role in the international arena.

Economic diplomacy, attracting investments and advanced technologies to the country's economy, and creating the most favorable conditions for domestic enterprises to enter the international market are the priorities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

There was also a rich discussion, practical initiatives and proposals were put forward. Following the meeting, an agreement was reached to develop an Action Plan for the Public Council under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for 2025.
