Rescuers in Kazakhstan evacuated more than a hundred Uzbeks who were stuck on the road due to frosts

    In Kazakhstan, 64 Uzbek citizens were rescued from a passenger bus stopped on the road in the Akmola region, Kazinform agency reports.

    According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kazakhstan, 64 people, including 17 children, were evacuated on the Jaksy-Yesil-Buzylyk highway at 18:04 on February 15.

    All Uzbek citizens were taken to the heating point of secondary school No. 1 in the village of Jaksy. It is noted that medical assistance to our compatriots was not required.

    Rescue operations on the roads in the Akmola region continued at night. At about 21:00, 54 more people were found on the highway and evacuated to the heating point, three of them children.

    Uzbek citizens were also taken to the nearest heating point. As in the first case, they did not need medical help.
