Among the issues considered, 13 related to registration and authorization, including registration of changes in the charters of credit institutions (1), submission of an auditor's qualification certificate for conducting inspections in banks (1) and permission to own shares in the authorized capital (3).
Candidates for members of the Supervisory Board, the Management Board and responsible employees of commercial banks were also considered (8).
As a result of inspections conducted in commercial banks, microfinance organizations and payment systems, 22 banks and 3 payment organizations were warned about possible measures and sanctions for violations of legislation, economic norms established by the Central Bank and not for non-compliance with requirements identified during inspections.
Fines were imposed on 8 banks, 7 payment organizations and 12 microfinance organizations for non-compliance with legislation and for non-compliance with the requirements and economic norms established by the Central Bank and violations identified during inspections.
In addition, the Banking Supervision Committee has identified 7 banks as systemically significant for 2025.
