According to the document, a project will be implemented in Gelon, which involves the construction of a modern all-season resort with hotel complexes, cultural and entertainment facilities.
The key stages of the project are the creation of the necessary infrastructure and improvement of transport networks, as well as attracting foreign and domestic investors. An important element is the creation of the Directorate of the Tourist and Recreational Zone, which will manage the project and monitor the construction of facilities corresponding to the master plan.
The project also provides for environmental protection measures, including land inventory and monitoring compliance with environmental standards.
Uzbekistan also sets itself the task of actively promoting the brand of the tourist zone in both domestic and international markets. An important aspect is to attract financing through concessional loans and grants, as well as to create comfortable conditions for tourists and minimize the impact on the environment.
Special attention is paid to safety, environmental sustainability and effective project management.
