According to the Resolution, amendments and additions were made, providing for:
redistribution of the amount of the state fee charged for the issuance of a biometric passport for traveling abroad;
delivery of a biometric passport for traveling abroad via the postal service;
a warning about the responsibility of parents or persons replacing them, or accompanying persons for leaving a child unattended on the territory of a foreign state when issuing a biometric passport for minors to travel abroad.
