Two-lane "green" and "red" control systems have been canceled in the departure terminals of Uzbekistan's international airports. They were replaced by remote customs control in accordance with international standards, which allows to reduce the time of crossing the border by three times.

Thus, the introduced innovation will not only save passengers' time, but also reduce repetitive forms of state control, for example, inspection of hand luggage. This will be done only by aviation security officers, who, when identifying goods restricted for export or exceeding the limits, as well as cash national and foreign currency, will invite customs officials to check.

The remote customs control system allows inspectors to remotely monitor departures by means of surveillance cameras and analysis of flight information, excluding additional contacts and not restricting the movement of passengers.

Cameras installed around the perimeter of the terminals allow Customs Committee employees to monitor the situation remotely in real time and respond only to individual passengers. According to the principle of selectivity, in case of violation of customs rules, as well as at the direction of the risk management system, passengers and their hand luggage will be inspected in accordance with the established procedure, in accordance with the rules of aviation security.

It is worth noting that the decision to introduce a new technology and simplify the passage of the customs zone was made in connection with the increasing passenger traffic at the country's airports, as well as in order to increase the tourist attractiveness of Uzbekistan.
