The signing took place with the assistance of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kyrgyzstan, the Akchabar financial portal reports.

The document provides for the development of investment cooperation in the pharmaceutical industry. One of the first steps in the implementation of this agreement will be the joint launch of Dentafill Plus LLC and AYU PHARM LLC for the production of surgical latex gloves in Kyrgyzstan.

It is noted that this is only the beginning of a mutually beneficial partnership. In the future, the companies intend to open production of medicines in Kyrgyzstan as well.

Preliminary agreements between the companies were reached in March last year during the state visit of Kyrgyz President Sadyr Japarov to Uzbekistan. Then the head of state took part in the work of the Uzbek-Kyrgyz business forum. Following its results, contracts worth $ 130 million were signed between the companies of the two countries, including the joint launch of Dentafill Plus LLC and AYU PHARM LLC of pharmaceutical production in the Kyrgyz Republic.
