Prior to his appointment to Kuwait City, he worked as the head of the Consular and Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He is 50 years old. He graduated from the Tashkent Islamic Institute named after Imam al-Bukhari, Al-Azar University (Egypt), University of World Economy and Diplomacy, Tashkent Law Institute. Specialties: international law, Islamic studies, Arabic philology. Candidate of Law, reports the news agency "Dunyo".
Since 2003, he has been working in various positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, including in the central office, the Embassy in Saudi Arabia, the Consulates General in Jeddah and the Emirate of Dubai (UAE).
He speaks Arabic, Russian and English.
