The festival will begin with a traditional car parade. More than 200 cars of different models decorated with fresh flowers will travel more than 10 kilometers along the main streets of the regional center from Namangan International Airport to the Zahiriddin Muhammad Babur Park of Culture and Recreation.
This year, the festival is expecting guests from more than 40 countries. Among them, representatives of the diplomatic corps, officials of the regions and twin cities of Namangan, and foreign heads of joint ventures are planned to participate.
In addition, representatives from India, China, Holland, Turkey, Azerbaijan, Japan and South Korea will take part in the celebration of beauty and sophistication with their florists, flowers and flower-decorated venues.
