In accordance with the Resolution, the (
)explanatory () campaign "Samarkand - tourist gate of the new Uzbekistan" will be launched ().Business entities until January 1, 2026 are exempted:
- from paying customs duty when importing the necessary goods for a 4-star hotel and above;
- from payment of periodic customs duties for special equipment imported under the customs regime "temporary import" for the construction of facilities on the territory of the Samarkand Tourist Center.

Duty-free shops for foreign persons will be created on the territory of the Samarkand Tourist Center.
Until September 1, 2023, to create a system aimed at establishing bus (minibus) communications on intercity and international routes through information technologies. At the same time, the system will provide the following:
- the procedure for buying tickets through the Uzbus platform;
- a single platform will be created for installing and monitoring GPS devices on buses.
Until February 1, 2023, a tourist information center will be established at the airport.
