According to the Decree, the List of regulatory legal acts being developed and the Program of practical measures to ensure the execution of orders identified at the expanded meeting of the National Council for Combating Corruption on March 5, 2025 were approved.
In order to radically enhance the role of Parliament in combating corruption and crime, the chambers of the Oliy Majlis are recommended:
Every year, corruption factors are identified in the three ministries and departments receiving the largest amount of funds from the budget, and proposals are made to eliminate them.;
To establish in legislative acts the procedure for protecting a specific anti-corruption plan by candidates for the positions of minister and hokim when considering their candidacies, respectively, in the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis and the Kengashes of People's Deputies.;
to study international experience and develop proposals for creating a solid legal framework for effective counteraction to corruption in cyberspace;
by creating working groups within the framework of the "Crime Fighting Week" on the 1st-5th of each month, based on a plan to travel to mahallas belonging to the "red" category, to carry out an in-depth analysis of the causes of crimes committed in them.;
to make recommendations on improving the effectiveness of prosecutors and heads of internal affairs bodies, as well as to develop proposals for improving laws based on initiatives put forward at the level of districts (cities) and mahallas.
