The draft puts forward a number of proposals aimed at improving the effectiveness of measures to prevent harassment and violence against children and women, strengthening the institution of the family, improving the spiritual and moral climate.

The implementation of these proposals will bring to a new level the reforms of the system of social and legal protection of children and women carried out in the country.
