In accordance with the amendments made to Government Resolution No. 341 of May 7, 2018, the Regulation on the Procedure for Evaluating and Classifying the Activities of government Agencies, Government Institutions and organizations with state participation, as well as their officials dealing with appeals from individuals and legal entities, was approved.
The requirements of the Regulation apply to applications registered in the system of work of employees of government organizations with the Virtual reception of the President and sent to the state body for execution.
The activities of government agencies in reviewing appeals are classified into categories based on the number of the following appeals:
registered;
satisfied;
rejected;
with violated deadlines;
repeated ones.
Based on the results of the analysis, the handling of appeals is divided into 3 categories:
green category - high performance;
yellow category - average performance;
red category - low performance.
According to the results of the assessment, the KPIs of government officials are set at the following levels:
The green category is 100 percent;
Yellow category - 50 percent;
The red category is 10 percent.
Disciplinary measures may be applied against heads of State bodies or their respective deputies included in the "red" category.
