This Law introduces amendments to the laws "On State Duty" and "On Licensing, licensing and notification procedures", providing for the addition of existing subspecies of licensing activities related to mobile radiotelephone (radiotelephone, trunk) communications, such activities as design, construction, operation and provision of their services on the territory of the republic.

The law comes into force 3 months after its official publication, according to the Ministry of Justice.
