In Uzbekistan, the regulations for the provision of public services for the issuance of a certificate on the state of care for persons in need have been approved

    Resolution No. 318 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 05/31/2024 approved the Administrative Regulations for the provision of public services for the issuance of a certificate of verification of the actual condition of the maintenance of persons in need of outside care.

    The Regulations define the procedure for providing public services for the care of group I disabled people or a disabled child under the age of 18, as well as for elderly people over 80 years old who need care.

    The regulations do not apply to lifelong care relationships with the condition of transferring the house (apartment) to another person on the basis of a contract.

    A certificate confirming the work experience of the caregiver is issued for a period of one year.

    The document defines the orders:

    · providing public services to individuals who are charged with the duty of caring for people in need of outside care, checking the state of care;

    · filling out the questionnaire in electronic form through the Central State University or the Inson Social Services Center, as well as the EPIGU, reviewing them and sending the results;

    · formation and maintenance of the register of issued certificates.

    · The regulations will come into force and will be fully implemented in 3 months.
