    The gold and foreign exchange reserves of the Central Bank of Uzbekistan increased by $ 2.0 billion in September and exceeded $ 41.1 billion. In particular, foreign currency reserves increased from $8.2 billion to $8.7 billion (in August they grew from $7.7 billion to $8.2 billion).

    The physical volume of gold remained at the level of 12.0 million troy ounces. Despite this, the value of the regulator's gold reserve showed an increase of almost $ 1.5 billion and reached $ 31.9 billion.

    In early January, the Central Bank's gold and foreign exchange reserves amounted to $ 34.6 billion, in February - $ 33.4 billion, in March - $ 32.2 billion, in April - $ 34.2 billion, in May - $35.1 billion, in June - $ 36.6 billion, in July - $ 36.3 billion, in August - $ 37.4 billion, and in early September - $39.1 billion.
