More than 1.3 thousand pilgrims have died this year during the Hajj to Muslim holy sites in Saudi Arabia, the kingdom's Minister of Health Fahd al-Jalajil said on Sunday evening on the Saudi TV channel Al-Ikhbariya.
The total number of dead pilgrims during the Hajj to Saudi Arabia has reached 577, the AFP news agency writes, citing sources.
