According to the Decree, the Ministry of Ecology ensures the openness of the database of state environmental monitoring to the public and places the following data in it:
· about trees and seedlings planted annually within the framework of the national project "Yashil Makon";
· about applications submitted by legal entities and individuals in order to obtain a document of a permissive nature for cutting down trees and shrubs;
· about persons who violated the moratorium on prospecting for non-metallic materials in reservoirs.
Starting in 2025, the following events will be held annually:
· Republican eco-championship "New tree - new breath" within the framework of the national project "Yashil Makon";
· actions and propaganda events under the slogan "Let's turn the mahalla (neighborhood) into a garbage-free territory" are held once a month.
In addition, a movement of eco-volunteer students of Uzbekistan will be created from among students of higher educational institutions.
