The Regulation defines the procedure for employers to cover the costs of contract tuition for students of the 2nd and subsequent bachelor's degree courses, as well as the procedure for their employment after graduation.
According to the Regulation, when concluding trilateral agreements between higher education institutions and students, ministries, departments and organizations with investment projects worth at least 1 million US dollars or more than 50 employees can act as customers.
Students annually submit an electronic application to a higher education institution before September 20 to participate in the selection process. A certificate of academic performance is attached.
Students submit an application with the condition of working at the enterprise or in the customer's organization after graduation.
Applicants are required to have a GPA in the current academic year at level 3 or higher.
Every year, until October 15, the competition committee selects applicants at a higher educational institution based on an interview.
When selecting applicants, the conclusion of the customer's representative is considered the main criterion.
Students who have signed a tripartite agreement and have successfully completed their studies are employed by the client after graduation in accordance with the established procedure.
