In September of this year, some commercial banks implemented a new information system without notifying the Tax Committee. As a result of the improvements carried out by the bank's programmers, some of the payment orders were not executed.

For example, since the beginning of September, Tengebank has not processed 413 out of 2,439 orders, and Kapitalbank has not processed 740 out of 4,287 orders.

The Interregional Tax Inspectorate for Large Taxpayers under the Tax Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan officially notified both banks of the need to promptly eliminate these violations.

Banks were also warned about the possible liability provided for by the Tax Code for late fulfillment of obligations.
