At the same time, the share of CIS countries in total foreign trade turnover in January-February 2024 increased by 0.2% compared to the corresponding period in 2023, and the share of other foreign countries decreased by 0.2% respectively and amounted to 67.1%.
The foreign trade turnover of the Republic of Uzbekistan with the CIS countries increased by 10.9% in January-February of this year and amounted to $3.3 billion, of which: exports amounted to $1.1 million, and imports increased by 18.6% to $2.2 billion.
The largest shares in foreign trade turnover with the CIS countries were occupied by: Russia (54%), Kazakhstan (18%), Turkmenistan (6%) and Kyrgyzstan (3%).
