According to the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office, on August 6, at about 21:00 in the office apartment, an employee of the Department of Internal Affairs, born in 1996, shot his wife (also born in 1996) and 7-month-old son from a service weapon assigned to him during an argument. After that, he shot himself in the head with the same weapon, reports Xabar.uz.

According to this fact, the district prosecutor's office opened a criminal case under article 97 of the Criminal Code (premeditated murder). A preliminary investigation is underway, the report says.
