The unique object of Bukhara architecture, built in 1860-1870, will turn into a center for studying the cultural heritage of the Jadids. To implement the project, restoration work is planned in the preserved old part of the house, and reconstruction is planned in the adjacent newer parts.
The museum will house an exhibition including manuscripts and personal items of representatives of Jadidism, ancient manuscripts, as well as a significant collection of modern literature reflecting the themes of the XIX-XX centuries.
Timur Khojaoglu, the son of Usmankhoja Pulatkhodjaev, is of great help in creating this exhibition, who will donate his extensive thematic library to the museum.
The project is being implemented on the initiative of the Foundation for the Development of Culture and Art of Uzbekistan in cooperation with the Cultural Heritage Agency.
