From July 11 to 16, 2022, a regular meeting of the working groups of the Joint Tajik-Uzbek Demarcation Commission was held in Fergana, Uzbekistan.
During the meeting, demarcation works were discussed and mutually agreed proposals on the project demarcation line of the Tajik-Uzbek border were prepared. This is reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Tajikistan.
The meeting was held in an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding.
Following the results of the event, a corresponding Protocol was signed.
The next meeting will take place on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.
