At the festival, more than 30 craftsmen prepared the best national dishes of their countries and presented them to the participants of the event at the site of the "Craftsmen's Center" on the historical square.

ECO Secretary General Khusrav Noziri, accompanied by Chairman of the Tourism Committee Umid Shadiyev, visited special "kitchens" built for chefs of each country, got acquainted with the cooking processes, tasted them and appreciated the culinary skills of the participants.

At the gastronomic festival, the chefs served not only the participants of the international event, but also local residents throughout the day.
