The seventh batch of hepatitis C drugs delivered to Tashkent from Egypt this year

    Another batch of Sofosbuvir-400mg anti-hepatitis C drug has been delivered to Tashkent from Egypt.

    A total of 6,720 units of Sofosbuvir-400mg were delivered in 12 boxes, which will be transferred to patients of the Research Institute of Virology of the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan, the Dune news agency reports.

    An agreement has been reached with the Government of Egypt on the transfer to Uzbekistan by 2025 of a total of 800 thousand drugs Daclatasvir and Sofosbuvir against hepatitis C and Entecavir against hepatitis B for a total amount of 4.2 million US dollars.

    To date, drugs weighing 13.4 tons have been delivered to our country in stages.
