In accordance with Resolution No. 194 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 15, 2014 "On approval of the rules for the provision of utilities", when supplying thermal energy for the needs of heating premises, the supplier begins and ends the heating period within the time limits established by the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the khokimiyats of the regions and the city of Tashkent.
According to the press service of the Tashkent Khokimiyat, according to the decree, the heating period should begin on the day following the day of the end of the 5-day period, during which the average daily outdoor temperature is below 8 degrees, and end - above 8 degrees.
Taking into account that since March the average daily temperature is above 10 degrees, it is planned to complete the heating season of 2022-2023 from March 10, 2023.
