Uzbekistan has lifted all existing restrictions on the export of poultry meat

    The Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to further support the poultry industry, the introduction of modern genetic technologies and a system of cooperation" (PP No. 238 dated 06/27/2024) was adopted.

    According to the Resolution, the Agroparanda Cluster project based on a cooperative system will be implemented.

    Until January 1, 2030, business entities producing poultry products will be exempt from land tax from legal entities (with the exception of acreage).

    From July 1, 2024, all existing restrictions on the export of poultry meat (HS code 0207) will be lifted.

    From October 1, 2024, the granted exemption for customs duties established when importing fresh, chilled or frozen meat and edible offal of poultry (carcass meat, wings, back, neck, ham, shin, thigh, minced meat and skin) into the territory of Uzbekistan will be canceled, the Ministry of Justice reports.
