The Presidential Decree "On measures to further improve the system of teacher training" (UP-73 dated 04/28/2025) was adopted.
According to the Decree, starting from the 2025/2026 academic year in the field of teacher training:
The training of teaching staff is organized only in full-time and evening forms of education, admission to correspondence courses is not carried out.;
licensing of activities in the field of non-governmental educational services in the field of higher pedagogical education is carried out on the basis of the conclusion of the Ministry of Preschool and School Education.
Starting from the 2025/2026 academic year, a system of selection of teaching staff for teaching in the fields of education of the University and pedagogical higher educational institutions in which international educational programs have been introduced, with the involvement of foreign specialists.
Starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, in order to further improve the system of education and upbringing of children with special educational needs, to establish staff training in the specialty of the master's degree in Hospital Pedagogy.
Starting from September 1, 2026, international educational programs will be gradually introduced into the educational process of the existing pedagogical colleges of the republic.
