With the founding of the agency of the National Agency for Social Protection under the President and the School of Social Work of Columbia University (USA), a Center for Community Strengthening and Social Well-being is being created.

The main tasks of the Center:

· conducting research in the field of social protection and mental health of the population, as well as developing appropriate proposals;

· establishment and strengthening of an academic system that meets international standards in the field of social work;

· development and launch of programs to solve social protection problems.

An appropriate department will be opened at Columbia University to support the work of the Center.

In addition, the TV channel "Aqlvoy" is responsible for the free placement of social videos on the order of the Agency in the amount of 7% of the airtime.
