In particular, amendments are being made to the NPA in accordance with Presidential Decree No. PP-74 dated 02/27/2023. Persons caring for persons with disabilities since childhood (parents and others) are provided with free meals during treatment in state inpatient medical institutions.

Along with this, in accordance with Presidential Decree No. PP-255 dated 08/01/2023, scientific laboratories "Physiology and Pathology of upper respiratory tract organs", "Physiology and pathology of hearing and balance organs", "Phoniatry and ronchopathy" are being created at the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Diseases. Their financing is carried out at the expense of the State Budget.

Relevant amendments and additions are being made to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 05/26/2021 No. 326 "On the transfer of state scientific organizations to basic financing from the State Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
