In order to create the conditions necessary for the development of the service sector, in particular the activities of enterprises engaged in catering and delivery of goods, until January 1, 2024, it is suspended:

the requirement to have a driver's license for driving two- or three-wheeled vehicles with a maximum design speed of no more than 50 km/h, an engine displacement of no more than 50 cm3 or an electric motor with a nominal (installed) capacity of more than 0.25 kilowatts and less than 4 kilowatts, including mopeds, ATVs having exactly the same characteristics, tricycles, scooters, as well as other mechanical devices adapted for movement on the roadway.

At the same time, it was established that persons traveling on these vehicles must wear a buttoned helmet, reports "Norma".
