In Uzbekistan, in some cases, a cadastral passport is issued free of charge

    According to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On approval of administrative regulations for the provision of certain state services in the field of cadastre", in some cases it is envisaged to issue a cadastral passport for free for No. 535 dated 02.09.2020.

    Registration of the cadastral passport is carried out free of charge in the following cases:

    • in the presence of a primary cadastral fee (passport) for an object of immovable property, in the absence of alienation or modification of the object (reconstruction, completion and separate construction);
    • in case of alienation of a part of a real estate object to the rest of the object or when changing the category without reconstruction;
    • in case of loss (damage) of the cadastral fee (passport).

    In these cases, the cadastral passport is issued within 3 working days, " target="_blank" rel="noopener">informs the Ministry of Justice.
