Hunting season ends in Uzbekistan

In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU-627 "On Hunting and Hunting management" dated July 8, 2020, from March 1 to August 15 of this year, the hunting season is declared closed. Hunting of wild animals and birds is strictly prohibited during this period.

Violation of hunting rules, especially during the prohibited period, entails strict liability established by law.

The Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change calls on all citizens to take more care of nature in connection with the end of the hunting season.

"If you encounter cases of illegal hunting, please contact the Ministry's hotlines: 1157, 1207, (71) 207-11-07 and (71) 207-11-08, the ecogovuz_bot telegram bot or the relevant regional departments," the Ministry of Ecology said in a statement.
