According to the document, amendments and additions are being made to the Law, providing for the exemption of suppliers of heat and electric energy from paying state duties when applying to civil and economic courts with lawsuits, applications and complaints about the collection of arrears in payment for services for the supply of heat and electric energy, respectively.
It is also established that in case of complete or partial refusal to satisfy their requirements, this state duty may be collected from suppliers of heat and electric energy.
In addition, an amendment is being introduced clarifying that the payment of the state fee for the accreditation of representative offices of foreign commercial organizations in Uzbekistan is carried out for each year.
The Law comes into force on the day of its official publication.
