The law supplements the Code with a chapter providing for the recognition of a court order of a foreign state and its dispatch for execution, acceptance and transfer of convicted persons to imprisonment for further punishment, also in respect of whom compulsory medical measures have been applied.

Also, the grounds for the acceptance and transfer of convicts and persons against whom compulsory medical measures have been applied, as well as the procedural status of participants in the trial, are established.

The law comes into force from the date of its official publication.
