The document introduced amendments to certain laws providing for the granting of a number of additional rights to a faction of a political party that has declared itself a parliamentary opposition.

According to the amendments, a faction of a political party that has declared itself a parliamentary opposition is granted the following rights:

·        guaranteed occupation by their representatives of the positions of one chairman of the committee and two deputy chairmen of the Committee of the Legislative Chamber;

·        introduction of an alternative version of the draft law or its component part before consideration of the draft law in the second reading;

·        quarterly submission of questions within the framework of the "government hour" and the parliamentary inquiry.

The Law comes into force on the day of its official publication.
