The world's first virtual school with a real certificate will be opened in Japan

The first distance virtual education school in the Metaverse format has opened in Japan. Starting from April this year, children from any region of the country can study at this school. All students will be provided with the necessary equipment by the project organizers.

In the virtual school, students receive education based on the Japanese education system, but the main focus is on subjects related to cyber sports and digital technologies.

Each student can independently choose a virtual avatar that represents himself in the classroom. Organizers say that this approach helps teenagers feel free in a comfortable home environment, without worrying about their appearance and experiencing various complexes.

Consultations, e-sports tournaments, cultural events, festivals and other school events are held at the school. The organizers promise an individual approach to everyone, as well as additional courses and educational programs for admission to the University of Tokyo. After graduation, they receive a certificate of secondary education.
