Previously, consumers faced a problem when more funds were displayed in the balance of the system than they actually were. It was noted on social networks that when paying, for example, 10 thousand soums, 20 thousand soums were displayed in the user's balance.
The Ministry of Energy explained that this was due to a technical glitch in the payment systems.
Currently, all technical failures related to electricity payment systems have been completely eliminated.
Consumers can pay for electricity through any payment system, the ministry noted.
