According to the Law, violation of fire safety requirements in forests entails the imposition of a fine:
- for citizens - from 10 to 15 BRV (from 3 million 400 thousand soms to 5 million 100 thousand soums);
- for officials - from 20 to 25 rubles (from 6 million 800 thousand soums to 8 million 500 thousand soums).
Also, in case of a fire that occurred in a housing stock due to the negligence of a person or due to a violation of fire safety rules, which is not related to causing damage to human health or damage or destruction of someone else's property, this person is exempt from administrative liability for violation of fire safety rules.
The law comes into force 3 months after its official publication, according to the Ministry of Justice.
