This was discussed at the international scientific and practical conference on the topic "Reform of the public services sector in the New Uzbekistan: changes in consciousness and legal policy".
The event, organized by the Research Institute of Legal Policy under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan jointly with the Tashkent State Law University, the Center for Public Law Research and the Konrad Adenauer Foundation Representative Office in our country, was attended by scientists, representatives of state, non-state and international organizations, experts from Germany, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
