According to the Decree, from January 1, 2025, the electronic platform "Virtual Academy for Combating Corruption" (Virtual Academy) will be introduced.

The priority directions of the system of continuous improvement of knowledge of the population and civil servants in the field of anti-corruption are defined:

· raising the legal awareness and legal culture of the population and civil servants, forming legal immunity to corruption in society, instilling the values of integrity into the consciousness of the younger generation;

· continuous improvement of knowledge, skills and qualifications of employees responsible for combating corruption, as well as those holding public service positions most exposed to corruption risks;

· assessment and certification of civil servants' knowledge in the field of anti-corruption, as well as maintaining a register of civil servants who have received a certificate;

· maintaining an electronic database on national and foreign experience, scientific, methodological and practical developments, achievements in the field of anti-corruption;

· implementation of research programs and projects on topical issues of combating corruption, including with the involvement of national, foreign and international grants.
