In accordance with Presidential Decree No. UP-103 dated 07/22/2024, at the suggestion of the Republican Headquarters to ensure transparency, full-fledged and fair operation of the new system of purchase and sale of cotton crops, the interest of raw cotton producers:

· due to the credit resources of the State Fund for Agricultural Support, loans are allocated to cotton and textile clusters and enterprises that have established the production of textile products for the collection of raw cotton grown in excess under futures contracts;

· The loan amount will be up to 20% of the cost of raw cotton at a rate of 10% per annum (of which the bank's margin is 2%) for a period of 10 months, including a grace period of three months, with the condition of repayment within the next 7 months in equal shares.

Relevant additions and amendments are being made to Presidential Decree No. UP-205 dated 12.12.2023 "On additional measures for the further development of free market relations in agriculture", the Provision on crediting the costs of growing raw cotton and harvesting cotton, as well as the final calculation for the purchase of raw cotton, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers resolution dated 12/25/2023 G. No. 680.
